Little Pink Dragonflies and Red Tights
As you can probably tell by the title, today is a special Classy Tuesday. Today is the unveiling of the dragonfly dress! And it is also the braking out of opaque tights!
E: Today I'm wearing my new dress from Langford Market, and it's 45 degrees. Allow me to restate, I'm wearing a dress. Yes, I might be crazy and possibly suicidal, however, I look good. (Or so Julie says.) Allow me to describe the fabulousness, it's navy blue silk with pale pink dragonflies on it. A sash of the same fabric at the natural waist and navy rose shaped buttons from the neckline down to the sash. Paired with my favorite pair of brown oxfords, and my old purple Ralph Lauren cardigan, I do feel classy indeed.
J: Hello there! Today I am wearing a black crewneck tee, but don't worry, my outfit gets more exciting. I'm wearing a thick-lace (as I shall describe it - I hope that does this beautiful fabric justice), cream skirt with two front pockets, and opaque red tights, and my knee-high black leather boots. They are kind of a cross between a riding boot and a motorcycle boot, I guess, and they have two old-silver looking buckles, one at the top and one around the ankle, each with a strap. But they do look good with everything! My hair is curly, as per usual, and my bangs are pinned back with bobby pins. I feel way to classy for a place like high school. ;)
We hope everyone had a good Tuesday! And you can look forward to our fashion posts, along with Eleanor's In Tune music articles (title by Julie) and Julie's Kitchen Corner of foodie article(title by Eleanor), all coming soon!

Tuesday, on Tuesday
Hello again readers!
However much yesterday did not feel like a Tuesday, it was. And thus classy came and went this week, but we actually got classy this week, well, classier than the regular week days.
This week was great for me (Eleanor). After bargain shopping on J. Crew all weekend long, (J. Crew factory weekends!) I finally decided on a white eyelet skirt. And $15 later it was mine! Paired with my older sister's yale t-shirt (thanks Claire) and my light brown oxfords an outfit was born! And yes, I do dream of attending Yale. Ivy League all the way!
I (Julie) went for a more understated class this week, pairing black skinny jeans with a vivid blue polo, and a black lace back cardigan. (I had to wear a polo for a after school function, and I was attempting to avoid looking too preppy, as polos can have that effect.) However, the cardi added a touch of cute feminism.
Yesterday, we (along with our friend Lena) went shopping at Langford Market. What a delightful store! (even though nothing fit Julie, as she is itty bitty.) Eleanor bought an adorable black lace scarf, color block dress, and a gypsy-style gold bracelet ring combo.
Stay Classy!

Bad Enough For You?
Hey Guys, Eleanor here for MUSIC!
Today we have All Time Low's Bad Enough For You. (Bad Enough For You - Lyrics and Song can be found here.)
All Time Low is at the top of my "band love" chart. I've seen them once headlining in the Dirty Work tour and it was a life changing experience. I swear, my ears will forever be weak because of where we stood, front row, right next to the speaker blocks at House of Blues. They have an angry sound, but they lyrics are different from the typical "na na na na's" and the "hey hey hey's" they have, oh I don't know, meaning, perhaps?
As an avid All Time Low fan I eagerly awaited the release of "Dirty Work" last Spring. The album features a collective of the Pop-Punk genre. My favorite off the album is hands down, Bad Enough For You. It features a catchy tune and (as I call them) fighting lyrics. They fire me up. When I'm feeling a bit down I'll turn it all the way up and dance around in heals and lipstick in my room. It just seems to put me in a great mood and get me ready to kick some a**.

Classy Tuesday...on Wednesday?
Hello Readers! (if there are any)
Since we were too lazy to be super classy yesterday, we decided to combine classy Tuesday and pink Wednesday to form Classy Pink Wednesday. But alas, we do not have exactly what you would call a "plethora" of pink, so pink Wednesday will be discontinued from now on. It was good for once, though. Now pink Wednesday will be reserved for only the first Wednesday of each month.
Because this is our first post, we feel it would be beneficial to the amazing readers to know why we began this blog. we are just two girls who love classy Tuesday, and wanted to share our love with the world. Every Tuesday we'll talk a bit about what we're wearing and random things we love that are classy.
Not to mention Julie (the short one)'s food column and Eleanor (the ginger giant)'s music space.
Julie: In my foodie posts, I will do my best to update the informed readers of this blog on current trends and other random foods or cooking methods I love. I will also talk about flavors I can't get out of my mind and recipes I would die for.
Eleanor: I love music, almost more than life its self. I'll talk about things that are stuck in my head, meanings of lyrics, or just a general rant about the industry.
Stay Classy!
