Let's Get Physical.

New school year, new stress. 
Am I right or am I right?

Everyone needs their own coping mechanisms. 
Some people go and get a massage, others take a warm, scented bubble bath, or put in a familiar movie. 

But there are some negative ways people deal with stress, like eating or not eating anything at all. 
I would like to point out that this is a really a bad thing. Starving or stuffing yourself just because of an outside stimulus or stressor is ridiculous. 

As a former stress-eater I know. I really do. 

But fortunately, this year I've managed to find a great new way to manage stress. Going to the gym after class. I love putting on workout clothes and going to work out for an hour. No books, no studying, no stress. You can just work hop onto one of the machines and melt away stress while you melt away the pounds. Not to mention I can get stronger before Rugby season starts in November. 

How do you manage stress, in a positive or negative way?
